Aduno Holding acquires Revi-Leasing from Valiant Holding

Aduno Holding Ltd. has acquired 100% of the shares in Revi-Leasing und Finanz AG, a subsidiary of Valiant Holding AG, effective retroactively as of 1 January 2012. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The car leasing company founded in Canton Berne in 1984 will be continued as a subsidiary of cashgate Ltd., a company owned by Aduno Holding Ltd. All jobs at the company’s headquarters in Langenthal will be retained.
