Job descriptions

The Aduno Group offers attractive jobs in numerous occupational fields. The brief descriptions for the key areas serve as orientation for the requirements involved and as an aid in deciding whether we are the right employer for you.

Group functions

The Group functions cover mainly the professions associated with communication and human resources. In our innovative, forward-looking corporate environment we develop the cashless society and offer attractive positions in the following disciplines: corporate communication, media relations and human resources management. Our positions for trainees are also attractive and equally relevant for us.

Anyone with excellent communication skills who is entrepreneurial in thought and action and who is accustomed to acting in networks and adept at negotiating has good prospects of being hired. Experienced professionals from the fields of human resources and communication with Swiss degrees and diplomas are in demand.

Corporate Services

The professional focal points in Corporate Services are accounting, controlling, legal and risk management. In the first two fields, Aduno is looking for individuals with a gift for numbers and in the third, for people with great knowledge and experience in legal matters. We can offer positions as controllers, accountants, legal counsels, compliance officers or treasury managers to professionals who work precisely and have skills in analytical thinking and who are single-mindedly seeking a new challenge. Swiss degrees or master degrees are required for certain positions in accounting and controlling and for legal experts.

Risk management plays a central role in Corporate Services. One of its main objectives is to minimise accident risks in credit card business but another is to monitor liquidity risk and currency and interest-rate risks. The ideal candidates for positions in risk management are experienced professionals with degrees in economics or business IT, preferably with practical experience in the finance industry.

Corporate Center

The Corporate Center provides IT services across the entire Group and is in charge of in-house development of innovations such as surprize, the Group’s rewards programme. The experts in business analytics and fraud are crucial members of the Corporate Center staff and monitor credit card transactions round the clock. The business analytics staff supports the fraud team by providing daily case-based data analyses and takes care of setting up and further developing forecast models and reports for early detection of card abuse as the core of a back-end fraud analysis system. The goal is to ensure standard IT risk and security functionality covering all relevant aspects of data protection.

The scopes of these professional positions are as extensive as the associated responsibilities are diverse. The positions and functions to be filled in the Corporate Center include, among others, project manager, agent at the 24h call center, business manager in e- and m-commerce, software developer, database developer, risk agent, fraud agent, IT infrastructure and support analyst, IT project and change manager or business process manager.

Experts in business analytics and IT require primarily keen analytical and conceptual skills and an understanding of mathematical interconnections whereas fraud specialists must be able to engage in networked thought and action and be detail oriented and flexible. Depending on the job responsibilities involved, additional requirements might be university degrees in IT, business analysis or mathematics and physics as well as solid knowledge of statistics with specialisation in data mining methods. Good oral and written skills in German and English are of course also essential.

Marketing and Product Management

Talented communicators and imaginative experts in marketing and product management with original ideas are always welcome throughout the company, be it in the product areas Payment, Digital and Loyalty or in Marketing with the sub-areas Online, Communication and Campaign Management.
