Personnel development

Helping employees advance

If you are not going forward, you are going backward. This adage applies especially well to employees at a company like the Aduno Group. The atmosphere is innovation-driven and is ever faster-paced especially in digital business, so continuously updated knowledge is essential. New technologies have to be adapted quickly without losing sight of trends within society. The training programmes of the Aduno Group are therefore global in approach and take account of society’s changing demands. The training offerings are well developed for the size of the company. They benefit all employees, from trainees to qualified personnel and management.

The Aduno Group trains motivated young people in Zurich Oerlikon to be successful commercial employees. They work and are trained in different departments, obtaining a solid picture of the company’s exciting and diverse areas of activity. Training lasts for three years. For trainees with excellent marks in school, it can culminate in “Berufsmaturitaet”, a degree allowing them to attend a university of applied sciences.

We have training slots in the IT department at our facility in Bedano in the canton of Ticino. Training is done in a modern system environment and lasts for four years.

Qualified personnel

Qualified personnel at the Aduno Group undergo multi-day basic training. Besides systematically covering the various areas of specialisation, this training consists of seminars on communication, moderation/presentation and project/process management. These offerings are supplemented by key staff events and Lunch’n Learn events.

Regular training events for key staff are mandatory for managers in the Aduno Group. Besides systematically covering the various areas of specialisation, the offerings include seminars on management issues, communication, interviewing and conversational techniques, and project/process management. There are also events for key staff and meetings for management. Leadership Plus+ is a platform that rounds out the offerings.
